I enjoy my experience with Cheryl. She has addressed my requests for an in home program and answered any questions I may have. She is willing and able to make adjustments when I have difficulties. She will develop a programme tailored to my specific needs and is willing to adjust them as the need arises.

Cheryl is very positive and encouraging. I love her enthusiasm and her commitment to fitness and health. She is very supportive and helps me get back on track when I slide back in my pursuit of fitness. She is very patient. She encourages me to engage in other fitness activities outside my training with her.

I have lost a significant amount of weight and am nearly at my goal. I find that at my age, exercise and activity is an essential requirement to continued weight loss.

I have quite severe knee problems and Cheryl is helping to keep me active in spite of them. She is helping me strengthen my knee prior to possible surgery.

What I have been gaining in this short time is the knowledge of how my body reacts to different exercises. I’m learning how my muscles work and that there are muscles that I didn’t even know I had. I feel my self progressing at a rate that is comfortable for me and my body. And the fact that my doctor is happy makes me even happier. The energy that I am acquiring and that I can share that energy with my family doing things we enjoy makes this journey I have started with Cheryl the best I could have ever given myself.
