2 Reasons Why You Don't Take Action

Are you one of those people who’s been stuck for some time now?

There’s TWO major reasons WHY you're not taking action.


The #1 reason is because you probably have a FEAR of FAILURE.

Maybe you’ve already tried a bunch of different things?

You've tried a whole batch of different diets, workouts, even supplements...

Maybe you even signed up to work with a coach and it just didn't workout.


Either way, whatever you’ve tried up to this point just hasn’t worked so you fear you’ll fail again.

So why even try right?

It’s common.


But what's TRUE is failure is only temporary.

Learn from past failures and keep pushing forward.


Reason #2 is you FEAR not being able to Follow Through

It's not that you don't trust the workouts, the nutrition plan, or whatever else...

It's you don't TRUST yourself.


Thoughts of uncertainty are common.

What if I can't stick with it?

What if things get too tough?

What if, what if??

You can't let these thoughts control your actions, or LACK thereof...

You just gotta DO.


Relentless ACTION will destroy these thoughts.


Thoughts of failure and not always having complete certainty in yourself is common.

I have these thoughts at times and it's natural.

It's what you choose to do to RISE UP against those thoughts.


Will you let them control you?

OR...

Will you control them??

PROVE it with action.
