7 things...
Today I wanted to talk about 7 things that’ll help you in pretty much everything you do.
1 - Focus On Being PRESENT
The fact that I have an almost 23yr old, 21 year old and almost 14yr old is CRAZY!!!
Time FLIES by and if you’re not being PRESENT daily, you’re missing out on a LOT. This is something that I have definitely learned the hard and I am still working on.
You don’t want to get years down the road having missed out on precious moments you’ll never get back.
2 - If You Blame - BLAME YOURSELF
Take 110% OWNERSHIP for everything.
As soon as you take full responsibility, you’ll be well ahead of the curve.
3 - Be PATIENT But Take MASSIVE ACTION
Real success isn’t going to happen overnight, but it’s also not going to happen should you never take ACTION to begin with.
NEVER be patient to take action… instead, be patient with the RESULTS as you continue to take massive action.
4 - VALUE and Invest Into YOURSELF
INVEST into yourself because you’re WORTH IT.
VALUE yourself because you’re the PRIZE.
When you see how valuable you truly are and BELIEVE it, you’ll easily do what needs to be done by INVESTING more into yourself via time, effort, and money.
Plus, the more value you build within yourself, the more you’ll be able to GIVE to others.
5 - INVEST Your VALUE Into OTHERS
It goes both ways…
As you build VALUE within yourself, help others do the same.
After all, when you help others get what they desire, you’ll get what you desire.
6 - PROTECT YOUR “ME TIME”
Take time everyday for some ALONE / “ME TIME”.
Meditation, breathe work, reading, journaling, your fitness…
Most of the day will be put towards OTHER PEOPLE’s TIME so you need to make sure you PROTECT THE TIME YOU HAVE FOR YOURSELF.
You do this consistently, you’ll show up BETTER for others.
7 - Be A PROBLEM SOLVER, NOT SEEKER
Stop the moaning, and complaining…
Negatives don’t solve other negatives, they just attract more negative.
Instead, get good and analyzing the problems you face, break them down and then come up with a plan to OVERCOME so you can WIN.
Take a minute or two to reflect on these 7 things and then implement them into your life.
You’ll notice, as you stay consistent with these, you’ll see improvements everywhere across the board.
