Today, I wanted to talk about something fundamental yet often overlooked: the power of practice and habits.


You know how it goes—practice makes perfect. But have you ever stopped to think about what exactly you're practicing daily? Every action, every decision is a repetition, a practice that’s either building you up or setting you back.


For example, the habits of starting and stopping projects, making excuses, not living up to your word, being unprepared, doing just enough to get by, and letting feelings dictate your actions—these are practices and if we're not careful, they can become habits and what we're best at.


It’s important to recognize these patterns because, just like in training, the wrong kind of practice can lead you away from your goals, not closer to them. Surrounding yourself with the right community of people, those who lift you up and keep you accountable, can make all the difference.


But it starts with you. Recognizing these habits is the first step towards changing them. Creating a plan, setting the right path, and, most importantly, holding yourself accountable, will ensure you’re practicing the habits that align with your goals and values.


Let's grow stronger, not just in our physical pursuits but in our daily practices and habits. Because in the end, what we practice daily is who we become.
