Holiday Health Gift Guide.... some things you can do to stay healthy during the holiday season.


Investing in yourself and your health has always been the best way for me to personally spend money.

No judgment… but many people spend $20 for a drink out at the bar, routinely spend $200 or more on a single meal out, spend $100 or more a month on multiple streaming services many of which they don’t use.


Yet spending money on a health and fitness app, gym membership, private coach, real whole food, high quality supplements are looked at “expenses” and not investments.


If you want to be healthier and if you want help trust me, you can afford. With all that said here is a list of my favorite things below to keep people healthy as well as looking and feeling their best.
