A stainless steel water bottle, a sweat towel and 2 of my custom made protein Fit Bars (choose from chocolate mint, lemon poppy, chocolate almond, vegan chocolate peanut butter) All for $197 plus hst. This program is done as a group starting Jan 10, 2021.

Fitness Box #3 is the HIIT 30 Box. This box includes our self guided, online HIIT 30 program (4 weeks of strength and HIIT workout delivered right to your phone via an app, must have access to a gym or home gym, and we dial in your nutrition with macro counting using MyFitnessPal). A stainless steel water bottle, a sweat towel and 2 of my custom made protein Fit Bars (choose from chocolate mint, lemon poppy, chocolate almond, vegan chocolate peanut butter) All for $97 plus hst. This program is not for beginners but for those with some training experience. The program can start at anytime BEFORE July 31, 2021

Fitness Box #4 is the Fitness Fun Box. This box is all about the merchandise. You get a stainless steel water bottle, a sweat towel, 2 of my custom made protein Fit Bars (choose from chocolate mint, lemon poppy, chocolate almond, vegan chocolate peanut butter) AND of my brand new toques all for $47 plus hst
