Steal this September Fat Loss Plan

Fall is just around the corner my friends. We just finished the last long weekend of the summer, the kiddos are heading back to school, your extracurricular calendar is organized and everyone is back to routine from the summer fun and sun.


Which means you might be wondering where the time went and how did you NOT do what you said you would do for your health this summer. Well, it is time to get moving if you want to look, feel and perform better before the end of the year.


I put together a simple 90 day framework that you can follow starting right away.

Let's break it down:

0-30 days:

-Walk 8,000 steps per day

-Track total calories

-Lift weights 3x per week

-Drink 3 liters of water per day

-Zero alcohol

31-60 days:

-Walk 10,000 steps per day

-Track total calories and protein (aim for .8-1g of protein/lb of goal body weight)

-Lift weights 4x per week

-Drink 3 liters of water per day

-Drink no more than 2 drinks per week

61-90 days:

-Walk 12,000 steps per day

-Track protein, carbs and fats

-Lift weights 4x per week and add 2 finishers

-Drink 4 liters of water per day

-Work on sleeping 7-8 hours per night

This is NOT the perfect playbook.

This just gives you a framework to get moving in the right direction and start seeing and feeling changes before the end of 2024.
