I am so freaking excited to be doing an in person chat on how to manage your menopause on Oct 3rd.
I have had so many women ask me what they are doing wrong, why what worked in the past to lose weight no longer works and feeling so frustrated on what to do.
So I decided to do a live, in person chat on how to not only manage your menopause but to THRIVE in menopause!
Our bodies go through many changes during puberty, perimenopause and menopause, and at times these changes can pack a pretty big punch, making you feel like your body is a complete stranger and that nothing you do seems to have any impact in helping you to feel better or at the very least, feel like you have a handle on what the heck is happening.
